dietary modification and appropriate drugs

我有一个好朋友，在国内，2006年得了肾结实，做了超声波碎石，没有手术，效果很好，经分析是草酸钙结石。现在又发现双肾，多发型肾结实。最大的石头，右侧 12 毫米（1。2厘米），左侧 7 毫米（0。7厘米）

（1）我想请问在美国，有什么好的药，可以防止，预防和治疗，是否需要处方。谢谢。

1. diet modifiction: increasing fluid intake and fruit and vegetable intake; limiting dietary oxalate intake and fusctose and sucrose; low salt and low animal protein.

Drugs: Thiazide diuretics, Allopurinol, Potassium citrate, depending on individual situation.

（2）听说一种德国生产的排石药，是西药, （保罗X世介绍是，香港包装的德国草药，叫“德国利石素”，BIOCIWME，主要成份: Herba Lysimachiae, Zae Mays，德国药的第一成分还是金钱草），请问效果如何。

I doubt medications that facilitate stone passage have any indication in your friend's case. Facilitating stone passage is usuall used for ureteral stones.

I doubt that BIOCIWME has much use in managing kidney stones.

（3）美国中药店的棑石饮液(有多种，要买排肾结石的那种)。请问具体的药品名称。

I also doubt that 棑石饮液 has any use.

（4）cranberry 效果如何？

Do not drink it! It can increase kidney stone formation!
