我爷爷有两份probate will,但执行律师执行最后一份

我爷爷在纽约有两份probate will,但执行律师执行最后一份,最后一份是在他死前10天修改的,但执行律师没在法庭声明前一个probate will,我爸也没接到前一份probate
will,只在最后一分签了名.这个律师有没有犯错,他是否在帮助别的继承人?因为最后一份对我父亲很不公.
