How to fight with a nurse in USA when she refused to help me?

I am patient in a rehabilitation center, and brain injury is one of my problems. One of my brain problems is I could not control myself.

I have been trying to control my temper since I realized my psychology problems, trying to reduce the frequency and intensity of losing temper. What Stephanie (my nurse today) did shows me she is trying to make my psychology problems worse, although I don’t believe so - she is not smart enough to have this idea.

Following is what happened this morning.
I felt really bad this morning, a big pressure and stress inside my chest. I have not been out of this building for 2 days, maybe this was the reason why, maybe not. Anyway, walking outside for half an hour is definitely helping.
As Irene suggested, I went to Stephanie in the nurse station, asking her to tell a (nurse assistant)CNA to take me out today whenever she has time.
“You can go out with me when I go out to smoke in the porch (about 5 minutes).” Ana(CNA) said.
“No!” I said.
“Irene(nurse director)agreed me to go out for half an hour ….”
“I need to get 110 up, and put another person down.” Before I finished, Ana run away like rabbit skipping a hunter, she has been chatting here for a while.
“Ana is getting 110 up, and put another person down.” Stephanie repeated.
“I don’t need her to take me out now, whenever she is free.” I explained.
“No!” Stephanie said.
“ How about the afternoon shift? I can wait to whenever they finish their work.”
“ No, our girls have no time for you.” Stephanie emphasized.
“ Irene already agreed!” I yielded.
“Irene did not tell me!” Stephanie said.
“you are a cheater, you are shameless.” I was really upset.
“I pay this rehabilitation center, why you don’t help me?!” I screamed.
“You don’t pay me anything, you should not yield at me!”
“You are stupid! You are silly. You are cheater! you are shameless!” she does not even know the common sense that this rehab center pays her to take care of their patients.
"you should know I would not talk with you if not for the injury. You are so stupid. All my friends have at least MS. You are only a nurse, silly."

She was irritated, smashing her notes on table, telling me to go away. But I did not, I would not give her chance not to serve me, i pay 15000 a day here.
We continued to argued, and argued for more than one hour, i kept on calling cheater, shameless and stupid pig. She still refused to help, and telling to go away.


I know this is going to make my psychology problems much worse. What we did and talked was videotyped and recorded by a camera. Several weeks ago I asked her to tell a cna to take me out, she did not. We argued outside the door, so not videotyped and not recorded. I was confined in my room for 2 weeks including 1 weekend except therapy and meal time because of short CNAs, which caused me serious psychology problems in the following week.

I am thinking 2 things:
1) Push the rehab center to fire her (she is a RN with at least 5 years exp).
2) heir a lawyer to suit to court (to punish her).

Do you think I have possibilities to make either of them? Any other good ideas?
