People lose patience, people make mistakes. Be tolerate, it’s not only good for others, but is also good for your own sake.

You said she is nice to you now, why don’t you just let it go? Plus, I don’t think it’s fair to fire someone based only on one patient’s complain. Trust me, nobody would do that. If you insist the rehab to fire her, you are being unreasonable.

Nurse is in shortage in the US, I guarantee you she will easily find another job if you did win your battle. If you think it’s a punishment to her, it may not be.
