Thanks a lot. I calm down today finally after reading the response of "ru chen". Oh, yesterday I was like seating on the fire after I re-described briefly to the director nurse and my case manager, I"jumped up and down" last night.

They are nicer to me after I reported Stephanie. Actually I have complained to them many times for all kinds of things, but I had not told them the specific person I complained about. Every time I complained something, they improved a little bit. My treatment team leader said I helped to improve them.

I will still do what I need to do for Stephanie, report her to my treatment team leader, and file out complain form to the facility. I can forgive her, but she has to be responsible for her bad performance. So that other people will not follow her, I already have enough, cannot take more bad performance of the staff.
