First, thank you so much for giving me suggestions. Also they talked to me after I reported her to the center. I feel better now.

My case is a kind of special. There is something similar to ICU here, most of patients came here a few days after surgery, several patients sleep forever (plant people). I was injured worse, thanks to God, I recovered better. But I cannot breath naturally, and there is no respitary therapist in general care, so I am still kept inside this "ICU". Because of the shortage of CNAs and more serious problems of other patients, I stay in my room except therapy and meals time from Monday to Friday, either in bed or looking out through window. On the weekends, the CNAs are not so busy, they can take me out for half an hour walking.
This is almost a fixed rule. All other nurses follow the rule for me, only Stephanie did not and she was my only nurse for 2 weekends, and did not assign CNAs to take me out in those 2 weekends.

After I told her I would not allow her to be my nurse any more, and I was going to do whatever to get her fired. She changed her attitude immediately and was very nice to me since then.

I still feel upset, because I am one of her indirect bosses(client), how could she refuse my very reasonable request without being fired?

I still want to do something to her, so that both of us would be in peace. I begged her a lot in the past few weeks, and already lost patience. Anyway, I am going to talk to my treatment team leader and her director to see how to resolve this problem. She has to be fired. I cannot give up.
