我和LG准备买房，我和LG各出２５％，我方父母出了５０％，
１。如果房产上面写我占７５％，LG占２５％，我们离婚，请问是不是我会拿到７５％的房子钱？
２。我们能不能写一份书面同意书，写如果我死了，那５０％的房子钱归还给我父母。写这个东西需要律师吗？
只是想保障父母的利益，请大侠只招
