your parents get the house

The first time to buy a house, do you?
The loan is secured by your house.
If both you died, (or, both of you are unable to pay back), Your parents would be allowed to sell the house. Same as loan from a bank. If both borrower die, the bank get the house. The bank sells the house, minus its expense and its loan. the leftover then is for distribution among your relatives accroding to your will.
