Yes, it's our first time buying the house, I just called my lawyer, he's a realestate lawyer and doesn't seem to be interested in getting involved in the loan agreement. He instead ask me to do it myself, just have the agreement signed and have two witnesses. And he also said my parents will still need to hire a lawyer and go to court to get the money back when the time comes. Should I change the lawyer or should I do it myself?
