我被控domestic voilance，老猫能帮忙回答一些问题吗？

夫妻吵架互相打了几下，劳工第2天保了警，我被逮捕被控1st degree misdemeanor, 花了2000块雇了个律师，可律师好像什么也不干。我和劳工不住在同一个城市，事情发生在我的住处。我被朋友保释出来，保释要求理由不能联系我劳工，否则会再被逮捕。检察官说我劳工可以联系我..我让律师告诉我劳工让我劳工联系我，我可能就可以说服我劳工drop the charge， 可律师一直拖着什么都不做。前几天pretrial,律师说可能当庭能和我劳工和解，可我劳工当天没来，所以那天什么都没做。过几个礼拜是trial，我很担心，请问：
1。 我会被关监狱吗？
2。 我会被deported吗？
3。 我如果回国探亲是否就会不来了？

实际上我是家庭暴力的受害者，本地家庭暴力协会的人一直在帮我，他们也和检察官联系过。请问我的案子被dismiss的比率大吗？老毛能不能帮我分析一下?多谢了
