If your hu*****and presses the charges then you will lose the case. Your hu*****and needs go to court and settle the case with the district attorney. Then the case can be dismissing at the court.

You need your hu*****and co-operation.

Have him drop the charges.

After the Domestic Court issue the discharge paper then you can have the lawyer go back to the court start the process of dispunging all police record.
