問幾個關鍵問題

不喝酒的人對這片沒多少研究，順道問問。

1. 在車尾箱藏有酒違法嗎？ 據我所知酒精類液體在車的cabin內屬於違法，但是在尾箱就不違法。要不到超市買了酒的人怎麼帶回家？

2. 是不是因為是打開了的瓶子，所以酒不是在sealed的狀態而違法呢？

3. driver和尾箱處於兩個分隔的空間，為什麼還會被控藏有酒精呢？爸媽把喝了一半的酒放車庫裡然後出門，在睡房裡的孩子難到要被控藏有酒精啊？

4. 車內和家裡都是personal private area，沒有兩樣。是不是當時沒有合法成年人所以被控未成年人藏有酒精呢？如果這個成立的話，是不是當父母都出門了，家裡只有一個20歲的孩子，而剛好警察經過看見你家的酒櫃裡有酒，那孩子就會被控“藏有酒精”呢？
