Constructive Possession is almost perfect answer

不過我想看看有沒有出自law book上的，例如說什麼 section xxx，（a）Constructive Possession is 。。。。。

Possession既然是如此critical，該不會光靠某法官說或是某網站說吧？如此重要的字眼，在官方的official law provisioning裡不會是要我們自己猜吧，
