tempurpedic pillows我都用过。对颈椎有support,but, probably the height is too high for me. I woke up a couple of times at night. Insomnia got worse. Also, I got the neck pain wiile I used them. Now, with ordinary pillow, I can sleep well. Insomnia is associated with 心理因素和身体状况。I feel that more excercise, Yoga, and 中医穴位按摩work for me.
