ct 结果：两个4-5 mm nodules on the left adrenal gland ,一个3 mm 右面

左：nodules demonstrating >60% washout(不懂),consistant with adrenal adenomas and 
右：3mm nodules consistent with a lipid rich adrenal adenoma.（不懂）

配合clinical information:高血压（10yeas）hypokalaemia and aldosterone/ranine ration supporting likelihood of adrenal lesion exclude Conn's syndrome.

我判断：瘤子引起的高血压，要动刀了

不知道风险如何啊。。
