As your position, you should give out more medical suggetion.
For this case, she did not mention about the whole condition, including the blood pressure. How could you make your conclusoin as above?
if she has real hypertension, you know, the BP control is very important. how could you know your suggetion giving her best care without to see her, even physician can not treat the patient without to see the patient.
If myself or my relatives have questionable hypertension, first, we are going to make sure the diagnosis; 2nd, we are going to treat it as per current medical suggestion - please check up American Heart Association website.
