老人高血压问题

我妈81岁了刚拿到绿卡没有医疗保险。她最近有点感冒我们测她血压高压180 前后，低压80 前后。请问各位有什么OTC降压药推荐吗？ 她2月底要回中国，这样坐飞机危险吗？ 由于她一直能吃能睡，在国内也没有高血压这种情况，我都没留意这点。我妈有早期dementia症状。
