美国的数值乘2.5等于加国数值。美国标准有两种，正常值（20-50）；理想值（30-100）。按美正标，LZ为30，不缺VD，但

不满足理想值（optimal levels)，仍需补充。

俺个人认为，可以短时期（数周）服用5000IU/天。一个月以后，改为维持剂量（2000/天，或5000/3天）。
