My mom had the same problem after flying 13 hours from China last year. She started to have symptoms a week after arrival. We took her to a Chinese family doctor and were told to take her to ER ASAP. It can be life threathening situation. The clog could go up to lung and heart then it will become fatal. Call you family doctor to see if it is time to take her to ER. Best luck!
