大腿根静脉堵塞，有啥应急的办法

上星期我妈活动，估计压到腿了，整条腿肿了，大腿根压着疼，因为疫情打电话给家庭医生，医生估计是静脉堵塞，但现在除了医院都关门也没地方可以做检查，也没给她开药，所以到脚那里就一直肿着，问下现在情况有没有啥可以缓解的做法，有啥需要注意或可以做的？有啥办法可以尽快做个检查，谢谢！
