急问，请中医大拿支招

女儿回家三天，明天离开。据知感冒近一个月，现在仍鼻塞咳嗽，痰为黄绿色，症状不严重，自述感觉头部很闷。我原来没注意，女儿现在问我要怎么办，有没有什么见效快的办法？请大家说说。
