这该咋办？

手上有一小块皮肤时好时坏，特别是碰到刺激性的东西就容易发作，比如洗那该死的鸡肉，还有感觉劳累时也会发作。我一直没用过什么药。近来面积有所扩大。会发痒，抓后有白屑。可以用啥药治一下吗？请高人指点。
