最近好几次好像是胃不舒服，咯咯愣愣的，有顶的感觉，是一阵一阵的往上走，一直到喉咙，没法具体描述，严重一次都影响呼吸的疼

是什么原因，我不确定是肝脏还是胃，有曾经有相似症状的人吗？
