是肩臂用力,脖子尽量不用力,可我肩臂力量不够,脖子就不得不撑一些全身的重量,看来我脖子的骨密度还可以。
过了50岁的还是少做Headstand吧,我是无知者胆大。但是,不用把水桶放在头上炼啦。LOL!
