但是我觉得示范动作里的后弯back bending都过度了,这个程度的back bending适合在身体都warm up以后的课程的后半段,放在课程一开始的用来暖身的拜日式里,对身体awareness不够的学生,容易被误导,强力弯到楼主的这个程度而造成伤害
