中等的中年油腻

我这人就爱凑热闹，兼有暴露癖，看了D君的健康照我也跃跃欲试。平日还真没有注意饮食和健身，只是打打网球，偶尔举举哑铃，真正需要秀的时候就有些抓瞎了，亡羊补牢吧。

腹部已经看不到那当年的六块了，腰部也有一个小游泳圈。

夏天到了，光膀子的时间多一些，有机会还要健健身，练练肌肉，和各位中年朋友共勉。
