淋巴水肿 - 右手莫名其妙的肿起来

家有老人在中国最近右手莫名其妙的肿起来，带的右臂也开始痛，游走神经性的痛。去医院检查说是淋巴水肿，请问有什么药可以从美国买寄回去？谢谢! The patient is taking some medicine to relieve the swelling, but it seems the inside of the arm has some problem and it hurts. The doctor suggests rest well and don't do any physical activities.

I searched online and it seems that it's not easy to cure it. I wonder if anybody could give some suggestions. Thanks a lot!!
