yes, he is taking aspirin. the swelling is from fingers to arm,

When he walks, he feels the pain from inside and he doesn't do any work using right hand. Also he does massage everyday. I don't think he can sleep on his right side now. Maybe before he does that.

No swelling to other body parts, only right hand and arm. He is afraid that it will develop to other arm.
