Lactose Intolerance，半乳糖血症（Galactosaemia）或是溶酶体storage diseases 都是replacement治疗。 或是enzymereplacement， 或是bone marrow transplant（hematopoietic stem cell transplant）
induction或epigenetics好像都不行。
