回答: 按照您链接的乳癌治疗方针，Stage 1，应该是手术切除加上放射，但是他们采取的是手术加化疗由御用文人于 2013-12-23 09:15:10

chemo ONLY.
if lymph nodes contaminated, or mastectomy without clean margin even no lymph nodes contamination, radiation + chemo.

Stage I, 半切, radiation + chemo is standard treatment no matter lymph nodes contaminated or not.

Target therapy is on top of above treatment.

Please talk to your doctor for specific treatment.
