按照您链接的乳癌治疗方针，Stage 1， 应该是手术切除加上放射，但是他们采取的是手术加化疗

美国医生已经违反了这个治疗 Guidance. 美国医生一般是不敢违反癌症治疗的 Guidance 的. 看来还有学术界认同的其他 Guidance。。。

希望本坛的癌症执照医生 Stone 能够看到这个病人的问题，能够专业地回答病人的问题。。。
