平常多喝些温热的汤水,可用黄芪党参山药茯苓红枣熬汤(益气健脾胃)。吃饭不能急,一定要细嚼慢咽。脾主肉,脾胃强才能长肉。平时常吃些芋头、鲜山药、土豆、莲子、莲藕、南瓜、红枣、薏仁、山楂、生姜等健脾开胃的食物,饭后散步助消化。月经后,可用当归红枣生姜煮鸡蛋汤补补血气(或服用八珍丸)。
