MRI Report:
1.各腰椎骨质增生；各腰椎间盘变性；腰1/2，2/3椎间盘膨出；腰3/4，4/5椎间盘膨出并向后突出。腰5椎体上缘见schmorl结节形成，相应节段硬膜囊及神经根受压。all lumbar vertebra hyperosteogeny +, degerative changes in all lumbar intervertebral discs +; L3-L4, L4-L5 posterior disc protrution. schmorl nodes on L5 anterior limbus vertebra with compression on dural sac and nerve root
2. 骶管囊肿: sacral canal cyst

EMG Report:
1.双腓神经，左胫神经，右股神经传导速度正常；右胫神经感觉纤维轻度軸索损害，运动纤维传导速度正常。
normal conduction velocity in  both peroneal nerve, the left tibial nerve, and the right femoral nerve

mild damage in Right peroneal sensory fibres, but normal conduction velocity in motor fibres

2.左股二头肌电图未见异常。右股直肌，股二头肌，胫前肌肌电图神经性损害（L2-S2根性损害较大）
no abnormalities in electromyogram of the Left biceps femoris muscle.
mild nerve injury in Right rectus femoris, biceps femoris and tibialis anterior muscle, (especially L2-S2 root injury)
