从国内药店买的阿胶粉怎么吃？

从国内药店买的阿胶粉怎么吃？直接用水泡？我试了这样喝２次，不久全身奇痒，一抓，手抓之处，密密麻麻小点点立即出现，过一段时间（当天）才能消失。但只要一抓，密密麻麻小点点立即出现。这样持续了３ 周左右。
