breast pain-urgent

I am in late 30's. Early this November, I had one incidence of breast burning pain in the inner quadrant of my RT breast. It felt like a huge amount of melting wax splashed inside my breast. It lasted less than 5s. In the next month, occasionally I had the burning sensation or pain, however, the intensity is much less. Then around mid December, I started having low grade pain and/or burning sensation more systematically. No other symptoms. Stopped nursing several years ago. I want to know the possible diagnosis work up along with the time line for the whole process. I also want to know which specialty I should visit. I don't have regular family doctors and don't have the health insurance. Thanks for any informative suggestions.
