need setup rules first - then 分项惩罚 for breaking the rules

Make a short list of important rules and go over them with your child before punishing him. Let him know exactly what the punishment is for each violation of rules. Write the list of rules on a piece of paper and put it on the refrigerator.

睡前一次不洗脸不漱口 - take away his cell phone or Wii if he has one. Give his thing back if he can do it without telling so.

Everything on the floor, clothing - Put everything not suppose on the floor into a big bag and take it away. If he can maintain his room clean and neat for one week, give everything in the big bag back to him.

Does not know homework - then don't remind him to do homework anymore - he will not receive grade on his homework.

Water break... - ask him to drink a big glass of water when he needs a water break.

Bathroom break... - go with him to his bathroom.

99% of the time is not sitting straight on chair - give him a prize if he can sit straight for 10 minutes, for example 10 minutes of free time...
