My son is almost 10 and very similar.

 

For example:

"Does not know" homework

water break, bathroom break, etc whenever you told him to do real work.

99% of the time is not sitting straight on chair,

everything on floor, clothing

晚上该睡觉了，就知道准备往床上躺，还要提醒他要先刷牙先洗脸的。等等，same

Need reminder everyday for things he needs to do other than play. Headaching....

Any suggestion?
