Question to Sweden about above info:

-you said as long as not to eat sugar, others are not important. How about milk? even 2% milk, it has 12g sugar in one cup? should people with sugar problem stop drinking milk?

-how about white rice, white noodle? those are more tasty and easier to digest than brown rice, whole grain bread etc.. ???? what is your take?
