2个月婴儿总不大便，急死了

小妹妹刚两个月大，完全母乳喂养，已经10天没大便了。小便不少，气也排得不少。

以前大便挺正常的。一个半月后，突然不大便，一周大便了一次，比平时的要稠一些，一次拉了好多。那是上周末的事了。 儿科医生说给泡泡澡，我们试过，没用。用探热器塞在肛门里探热试着刺激肛门边的肌肉，医生说这样有用，但是我们试过还是没效。 我真不知道怎么办。急死我了。医生说喝母乳的婴儿是不会便密的。可是孩子怎么就是不拉呢？ 请问我该怎么办？
