Disagree. Just need a right way to 减肥

My own experience is totally opposite of your "studies". I feel so great and my skin looks healthy and beautiful after losing 10 pounds in 9 months (and it has not gained back). Now I don't feel tiring any more. Life is so beautiful!
I believe in life style changes, balanced diet and some exercises to gradually reduce weight. I was not fat but not slim either before I decided to lose weight. You need balanced diet. You can gradually reduce your taking. There are some food which make you less hungry. I am a lazy person and I can't do exercise every day.
Below are what I did.
1. First thing in the morning, drink some kind of nutrition water or warm water with honey.
2. After a while, have a good breakfast.
3. Bring lunch from prev dinner.
4. Drink plenty of water during the day including 2 cups of green tea. No water after 8pm.
5. Cook dinner myself, take some organic chicken (cut small) / eggs / fish / shrimp, either make soup with carrots, quinoa, corn, baby choi etc.. Steam cut chicken with egg plant, squash / pumpkin, etc.. Or pan fry chicken with cauflower, tomatos, onion...... Cucumber in raw with garlet...
6. The principle is less oil, less salt, to gradually reduce rice and flauor taking. Apple, lots of fluits...

I don't like to eat out often. But when I go out, I don't control my taking at all. Only just eat 90%-100% full. Usually at home, I only eat 70% full at most. But I did find some noticable changes: I don't enjoy some unhealthy food such as pork, that much any more...
