有一个关于小孩打疫苗的问题，希望大家能给点意见。

如果家里有全职妈妈，孩子在3岁以前也不会去幼儿园，传染上病的机会应该会少很多，那么有些疫苗比如MMR是否可以适当推迟一些? 得自闭症的可能性也会小一些？朋友昨天问我的，我觉得可行，想听听大家的意见。
