皮肤痛且痒 还在扩散 急问 谢谢

两天前手臂出现几粒小包 不痒 但皮肤有疼痛感 昨天开始后背右肩出现7。8 个相同的疙瘩 颜色偏红 形状像指甲大小 扁平稍突起 上面有多个小泡样东西 周围的皮肤都很痛 也很痒 现在发展到 腋下 前胸 小臂 而且变成一小片一小片 很痒 去看了家庭医 开的药膏 只能止一会痒 疙瘩 还在扩散 急死了 我皮肤本身就敏感 起过风疹 有关系吗 多谢有心人指点
