向各位医生请教个法律问题

常看到大家为问题闹不开心，有时候你会看到发贴人说，我是医生，中医，西医的。虽说你在这发表免费Ａｄｖｉｃｅｓ，如果你说你是医生，他、她说是病人，你提供了Ａｄｖｉｃｅｓ，　ｂａｓｅｄ　ｏｎ　ｙｏｕｒ　ｐｒｏｆｅｓｓｉｏｎａｌ　ｋｎｏｗｌｅｄｇｅ，你说万一以后有个三长两短的，病人或病人家属较真起来，你会不会被Ｓｕｅ？

要是被发现你和所推荐的疗法有联系，那是不是罪加一级？
