The question should actually will Court take the case.You are extending my original question:

1 Can one side file a lawsuit against the advice-giver, based on internet relationship?

2 Will the Court take it? (this one you've extended)

3 Will you lose it and the court holds your liable? (this one the Pseudo Doc has put his words in my mouth.)
