有机会在国内进行体检的话，什么项目最有价值

近期会回国，也考虑进行一次体检。

鉴于很多项目在美国的检查都涵盖了（如肠镜，mammogram)，国内那种全套的检查中哪些项目是美国没有，不容错过的呢？
