Medigap Plan G会有不同的保险公司的policies，premium高的有存在的意义吗？

换句话说，在选择Medigap Plan G时，不是选择低premium的？premium高的policy还有存在的价值吗？

 

比如下面这些选择里，Monthly Cost 从 $162 到 $608 不等。为什么要选择一个$608的Medigap Plan G？而不是$162？这些保险 cover 的不是一样的？
