如果 High-Deductible Plan G 月费足够低，是很上算的。网上查到这个，似乎很上算：

Standard Medigap Plan G vs High-Deductible Plan G

  • Premium: HD Plan G premiums are substantially lower (e.g., $40-$70/month range) than Standard Plan G premiums (e.g., $170-$380+/month range), depending on location, age, etc..
  • Deductible:
    • Standard Plan G: You only pay the small annual Medicare Part B deductible (around $240 in 2024) before it covers everything else.
    • HD Plan G: You pay a much higher deductible (around $2,950 in 2026) before benefits kick in, then it covers 100% of the same things as Standard Plan G.
