1。不吃 processed food
2。不吃糖
3。不吃或吃很少主食(淀粉里糖不少,是吗?)
很多水果蔬菜甚至坚果豆类都含有Carbohydrates.

I have elimitated 1 2 and 3 from my diet since Oct. 2024, combined with daily cardio, my bloodsugar level has been stable, no hypes, nor crashes.
