肠镜显示一切正常

一大早做了肠镜。结果一切正常: Cancer free, no polyps.

抗癌2周年了。2年前的1月份做的肠镜检查，发现的癌症。2年的努力没有白费。

运动：主要以力量训练为主

饮食：生酮饮食半年了。

我记得做完手术后医生说体内还有polys。这次检查完全没有了。不知道我的锻炼和生酮饮食有没有起到关键的作用。不管有没有用，运动和生酮饮食我一定会坚持到下一次肠镜：3年后。
