两种可能：Omphalocele or Gastroschesis。前者突出物有包膜，后者没

Omphalocele的突出物外包有腹膜，并可能伴有其他系统的畸形，比如心脏/神经系统等等；Gastroschesis的突出物外没有包膜，其他系统的畸形比较少见。

治疗：两者都是出生后立即手术。
